Ultra Tab has extensive experience with water-in-oil and oil-in-water emulsions, and anesthetic, antifungal, first aid, and antibacterial creams, along with various topical sprays and gels. Batch sizes can be customized to meet your needs. Heating, cooling, milling, multi-phase blending, and de-aeration is possible with our comprehensive processing equipment.
Ointments
Ultra Tab manufactures a wide range of antibiotic and vitamin fortified ointments, including Bacitracin Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment (with or without anesthetic), Vitamin A&D Ointment, Petrolatum based skin care ointments, and lubricating gels.
Granulation and Powder Blends
Powder, Tablets, Caplets, Capsules and Chewable Tablets
Ultra Tab was founded on the core competency of blending a wide array of powder formulations and compressing into tablets. Our capabilities have since grown to include both aqueous and solvent-based wet granulation, in conjunction with both fluid bed and oven drying. Associated sizing, screening, and milling equipment is maintained in-house.
We provide a wide variety of tablets, chewable tablets, caplets and capsules.
